We serve Winnipeg and the surrounding areas within 50 km of Selkirk, MB. Parties located outside of our service area may be booked but will be subject to a travel charge. Please reach out to us directly for more information. We use Google Maps to determine the distance.

Our parties are perfect for children aged 6 and up.

We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance to reserve your desired date and time. We have limited tents available, and if we are working to create a custom theme may need time for accessories to arrive

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date and time. This deposit is non refundable but transferable if you need to reschedule for any reason. Balance is due 7 days before booking date.

We provide individual indoor camping tents, deluxe twin sized air mattresses, fitted sheets and fleece blankets as well as twinkle lights, lanterns, throw pillows and themed decor. All guests should bring their own pillow for sleeping for hygenic reasons.

We will arrange to set up your party area at least 3 hours before your guests arrive. We require approximately 2 hours to make everything just right. The next day, we will arrive late morning to take down all items and transport them back for sanitizing and laundering

The tents are quite sturdy, but any rough play around the tents and breakfast trays is not recommended. Please do not let guests use any craft materials or eat inside their tents. In the rare instance that something gets damaged, the client is responsible for the replacement cost of the item.

Life happens, we get it. Minimum booking is 2 tents. Number of guests are to be confirmed within 7 days of party date. If there is a last minute change, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to have the best experience.
